If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund and returns policy is designed to maintain safety standards while ensuring a fair process for our clients.

1. 30-Day Return & Refund Window

  • You have one month (30 days) from the date you received your items to initiate a return and request a refund or exchange.

  • If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your items must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Glassware Condition: Because laboratory safety is our top priority, glassware is accepted for a return only if it is completely unbroken, unchipped, and uncracked. Any glassware that arrives back at our facility with structural damage cannot be refunded.

  • Unused State: The items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them. They must be completely free from any chemical residues, biological exposures, or contamination.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, complete packaging, including all protective foam, boxes, manuals, and accessories, to ensure they survive return transit.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of laboratory supplies cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, unsealed, or compromised chemical reagents and solutions.

  • Custom-ordered or specially calibrated laboratory setups.

  • Items that have been exposed to hazardous materials or biological agents.

4. Damaged or Broken Items Upon Initial Arrival

If your glassware or equipment arrived broken or damaged to you during initial shipping, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and items, and email them to our support team so we can arrange a swift replacement or immediate refund.

5. How the Refund Process Works

  2. Safe Return Shipping: Package the items securely (especially fragile glassware) using the original protective materials. Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our laboratory team to verify that the glassware is unbroken and unused, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Credit Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
